  1. How to Update Your Own Account Name on the MySyarikat Website


Note: For user roles other than Human Resources, only the account owner can change the account name


  • To change the account name on the MySyarikat website, the account owner can refer to the following steps:


Step 1: Click Profile
Step 2: Click on the name



Step 3: Click Update
Step 4: Update the First Name & Last Name section
Step 5: Click Save Changes

Note: HR/Admin can also help update staff account names in the MySyarikat website


  • To update staff account names in the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:


Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff



Step 3: Click Update
Step 4: Update the First Name & Last Name section
Step 5: Click Save
