[Version 3.0] How to Set "Radius Location" on "Default Shift" & Shifts Set in the MySyarikat Website (Attendance Location Shift)

• The Geofencing setting feature is only available in version 3 of the MySyarikat website.
• All staff must update the MySyarikat app to the latest version, which is 2.2.0 or above.
• Staff must ensure they clock in & clock out within the location radius set by HR/Admin.
• If staff clock in or clock out outside the specified location radius, the following screen will appear in the MySyarikat app:

• To set the Radius Location on Default Shift & shifts set in the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can follow these steps:

a) On Default Shift

• To set the Radius Location on Default Shift, HR/Admin can follow these steps:

Step 1: Click System Setting.

Step 2: Click Attendance.

Step 3: Click Details on Default Shift.

Step 4: Click Update.

Step 5: In the Attendance Location section, activate the Geofencing Location button.

Step 6: In the Select Location section, choose the Radius Location that has been set.

Step 7: If necessary, activate the Enable Clock In Outside Radius Area button.

• Note: If the Enable Clock In Outside Radius Area button is activated, staff can clock in outside the specified location radius.

Step 8: If necessary, activate the Enable Clock Out Outside Radius Area button.

• Note: If the Enable Clock Out Outside Radius Area button is activated, staff can clock out outside the specified location radius.

Step 9: Click Save.

b) On Set Shifts

• To set the Radius Location on set shifts, HR/Admin can follow these steps:

Step 1: Click System Setting.

Step 2: Click Attendance.

Step 3: Click Details on the desired shift, for example, Shift 1.

Step 4: Click Update.

Step 5: In the Attendance Location section, activate the Geofencing Location button.

Step 6: In the Select Location section, choose the Radius Location that has been set.

Step 7: If necessary, activate the Enable Clock In Outside Radius Area button.

• Note: If the Enable Clock In Outside Radius Area button is activated, staff can clock in outside the specified location radius.

Step 8: If necessary, activate the Enable Clock Out Outside Radius Area button.

• Note: If the Enable Clock Out Outside Radius Area button is activated, staff can clock out outside the specified location radius.

Step 9: Click Save.
