[Version 3.0] How to Reset the Account Password in the MySyarikat Website

Note: Only the account owner can access this section

To reset your own account password on the MySyarikat website, you can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Profile
Step 2: Click on the name

Step 3: Click Reset Password
Step 4: Click Confirm

Step 5: The following display will appear

Note: After resetting the password, the default password given is mys@2019. Can login using the specified username & password: mys@2019

Note: Only staff with User Role Human Resources (HR) can access this section

To reset the staff account password in the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name

Step 3: Click Reset Password
Step 4: Click Confirm

Step 5: The following display will appear

Note: After resetting the password, the default password given is mys@2019. The staff can login using the specified username & password: mys@2019
