[Version 3.0 EN] Set Up and Update Training & Certification Records on Employee Details
How to Set Up Training & Certification Records on Employee DetailsTo set up Career Progress Records in the employee settings, HR/Admin can follow these steps:
Step 1: In Administration, click on Employee.
Step 2: Select the Staff Name from the List Of Employee section.
Step 3: Click View (eye icon).
Step 4: Click on Career Progress.
Step 5: In the Training & Certificate section, click Add (plus icon).
Step 6: Fill in the Training Information
In the Document Information section, please fill in the following details:
- Training Title – Enter the title of the training attended.
- Start Date – Enter the training start date.
- End Date – Enter the training end date.
- Description – Enter a brief description of the training.
- Received Date – Enter the certificate received date (if applicable).
- Expired Date – Enter the certificate expiry date (if any).
- Certification – Activate the toggle if this training includes an official certificate.
Step 7: Upload File
- Drag and drop your file into the "Drag & Drop your files" area,
- Click the Browse link to select files manually from your device.
Step 8: Save Information
- After all details are completed, click the Save button to save the training/certification information into the system.
- How to Update Career Progress Records on Employee Details
To update Career Progress Records in the employee settings, HR/Admin can follow these steps:
Step 1: In Administration, click on Employee.
Step 2: Select the Staff Name from the List Of Employee section.
Step 3: Click View (eye icon).
Step 4: Click on Career Progress.
Step 5: In the Training & Certificate Records section, select a record and click EDIT (pen icon).
Step 6: Update the information in Edit Training Certification.
Step 7: Upload File
- Drag and drop your file into the "Drag & Drop your files" area,
- Click the Browse link to select files manually from your device.
Step 8: Save Information
- After all details are completed, click the Save button to save the training/certification information into the system.
- To review the set Career Progress Records, click View (eye icon).
- To update, click Edit (pen icon).
- To delete, click Delete (trash icon).
