Information regarding Carry Forward leave.

The system does not yet allow carry forward applications because the 2025 Annual Leave (AL) balance will only be finalized in 2026.

To use the 2025 leave balance for the following year, you need to:

  1. Generate 2026 leave (Future Leave).
  2. Ensure staff update the app to version 3.1.4 or the latest.
  3. Staff must apply under Annual Leave.
  4. Once approved, the system will automatically deduct the carry forward on 1/1/2026 after the balance is finalized.
