Step 1: Click Performance

Step 2: In the All Method column, select Downstream Evaluation

Step 3: Click View on the desired Downstream Evaluation Appraisal Form

Step 4: The rating/scoring display will be displayed as follows

Step 5: To check the answer given, click View on the desired staff

Step 6: The answer answered by the staff will be displayed
