[Version 2.0] Performance & Evaluation (KPI) Function In MySyarikat System
- Additional Notes For HR/Admin
- Introducing the latest function in the MySyarikat system, which is Performance & Evaluation (KPI). Now, HR/Admin can set the Performance & Evaluation Form through the MySyarikat system only
- The HR/Admin side can also "keep track" of the staff's work performance & "rating" as well as the feedback that staff give to superiors through this Performance & Evaluation (KPI) function
- Before using this Performance & Evaluation function, HR/Admin need to set the questions in the Evaluation Form in System Setting > Evaluation first
- After completing the settings on System Setting > Evaluation, HR/Admin can continue setting the Appraisal Form on Evaluation
- After completing the Appraisal Form settings on Evaluation, staff can answer the Form set on Performance

a) Description regarding Performance
- This section will display all types of Performance Evaluation Forms that HR/Admin set in System Setting > Evaluation > Evaluation Form
b) Explanation regarding Evaluation
- This section will display any Appraisal that has been set
- Only HR/Admin will have access to the Evaluation section
- In the All column, all Appraisal Forms that have been set by HR/Admin will be displayed
- In the Scheduled column, all the Appraisal Forms that have been set according to the set date will be displayed
- In the Active column, all Appraisal Forms that have arrived on the set date will be displayed
- In the Completed column, all Appraisal Forms that have passed the set date will be displayed
- In the Draft column, all Appraisal Forms that are clicked Save as Draft will be displayed
- The Appraisal function has 3 methods namely Self Evaluation, Upstream Evaluation & Downstream Evaluation
- Self Evaluation Method is to evaluate yourself
- Upstream Evaluation Method is the staff will evaluate the superiors
- Downstream Evaluation Method is where superiors will evaluate staff
