[Version 2.0] How To Answer Self Appraisal Evaluation Form In MySyarikat Website

To answer the Upstream Appraisal Evaluation Form on the MySyarikat website, you can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Performance

Step 2: Click Start

Step 3: Choose the desired answer for each question column

Step 4: Click Complete

Step 5: The following display will be displayed & you can click Return to Dashboard

After completing the Self Appraisal Evaluation Form, the MySyarikat system will display the status of the Form as In Progress

The 0% rating is displayed because the form has not been answered by the designated staff. If the staff has answered the Form, the system will still display a rating of 0% because the status of the Form is In Progress

Once the Self Appraisal Evaluation Form has passed the set date & the staff has answered the Form, the MySyarikat system will display the status of the Form as Completed

100% rating is displayed because the form has been answered by the designated staff
