[Version 3.0] How to Disable Shift in System Setting on MySyarikat Website (Shift Manager)

• The system does not allow the deletion of a shift that has been set.

• This is to avoid data disruption in the MySyarikat system.

• The default shift is fixed and cannot be disabled.

• To disable the shift that has been set in System Setting > Attendance, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click System Setting

Step 2: Click Attendance

Step 3: Disable the desired Shift button (the button will turn grey when disabled).

Step 4: The message "Shift has been deactivated" will be displayed.
