[Version 3.0] How to Check & Get Summary Attendance Report on MySyarikat Website
a) Check the Attendance Summary of All Staff
- To check the attendance summary of all staff, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Attendance.
Step 2: Click Timesheet.
Step 3: Click Summary.
Step 4: Select Date Period, Department, & Employee. The system will automatically generate based on the filtered settings.
Step 5: HR/Admin can check the attendance summary of all staff in the following section.
b) Check the Attendance Summary of Each Staff
- To check the attendance summary of each staff, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Attendance.
Step 2: Click Timesheet.
Step 3: Click Summary.
Step 4: Select Date Period, Department, & Employee. The system will automatically generate based on the filtered settings.
Step 5: Click the Eye Icon on the desired staff name.
- HR/Admin can check the attendance summary of each staff in the Attendance Summary section and can also download the summary report in Excel or PDF format.
- To get a summary report of staff attendance, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Attendance.
Step 2: Click Timesheet.
Step 3: Click Summary.
Step 4: Select Date Period, Department, & Employee. The system will automatically generate based on the filtered settings.
Step 6: Click Print Record.
Step 7: Click Download as Excel or Download as PDF.
