  1. How to Update Overtime Custom Rate (Custom Rate OT Update) on System Setting > Claim > Overtime

  • To update Overtime Custom Rate on System Setting > Claim > Overtime, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click System Settings

Step 2: Click Claim

Step 3: Click Overtime

Step 4: Click See More on the desired Overtime Custom Rate

Step 5: Click Update Overtime

Step 6: In the Overtime Name column, update the desired Overtime Custom Rate name

Step 7: In the Deduction Type column, select whether you want Percentage by Salary or RM per Hour

Step 8: In the Overtime Rate column, update the desired amount

Step 9: In the Included Employee column, update the desired staff name

Step 10: If necessary, in the Remarks column, update the desired Remarks

Step 11: Click Save

Note:In the Deduction Type column, either Percentage by Salary or RM per Hour must be filled. If not filled in, the system cannot detect the correct calculation of the Overtime amount

In the Included Employee column, if left blank, all staff who apply Overtime will not follow the created rateIf you want to set only a few staff that follow the created Overtime rate, you can enter the names of the staff you want
