[Version 2.0] How to Set/Create Shift On System Setting
In website version 2, the MySyarikat system has a function to Setup/Create Shift
- How to Set Shift
- To setup/create Shift, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: Click Create Shift
Step 4: In the Shift Information column, enter:
- Desired Shift Name
- Desired Shift Description (if necessary)
- Desired Clock In & Clock Out time
Step 5: In the Shift Setting column, turn on the button:
- Enable employee clock in/out selfie
- Enable early & late indicator (if necessary)
- Display attendance confirmation before submitting (if necessary)
Step 6: In the Workday Setting column, you can mark the working day as Full Day, Half Day or Off Day
Step 7: If the shift has a break time, in the Break Setting column, HR/Admin can turn on the Enable Break Time button

Step 8: If HR/Admin want to use the Overtime Automatic Calculation function, in the Overtime Setting column, HR/Admin can turn on the Enable overtime calculation button

Step 9: Click Save
- Update the shift that has been created
- To update the shift that has been created, HR/Admin can refer to the following tutorial link:
- Assign Shift On Shift Calendar
- After setting (setup/create) Shift, HR/Admin need to Assign the Shift on the Shift Calendar. HR/Admin can refer to the following tutorial link:
- Editing Working Time/Hours on Default Shift & Shifts That Has Been Create/Setup
- To edit working time/hours on Default Shift & shifts that have been create/setup, HR/Admin can refer to the following tutorial link:
- Setup Rest Day/Off Day For Each Staff On Shift Calendar
