[Version 2.0] How To Make A Salary Payment In Public Bank

Important Note For HR/Admin:It should be noted that the MySyarikat system does not have the function of paying salaries directly to staff bank accounts. The MySyarikat system only provides Bank File for HR/Admin to upload in the bank portal for bulk payment purposes.

How to make salary payments via the Public Bank Portal.

Step 1: Click Login.

Step 2: Select PB Enterprise.

Step 3: Enter Company ID and User ID.

Step 4: Go to Home.

Step 5: Choose File Upload and attach here.

Step 6: In the Select Bank column, select Public Bank.

Step 7: Click Public Bank ECP Format and download the bank file from the MySyarikat system.

Please double confirm and check in order to prevent any wrong information.Click submit and proceed for payment.
