  • The Cut Off Date set at System Setting > Payment & Payroll Month that is generated are interrelated with each other





  1. Explanation For Cut Off Date Unpaid Leave For Months That Have Total Days Of 31 Days


  • Unpaid Leave Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month



  • Payroll Month generated is June



  • Approved Unpaid Leave applications that will be included in the June Payroll are from 31/5/2024 to 30/6/2024




  1. Explanation For Cut Off Date Unpaid Leave For Months That Have Total Days Of 30 Days


  • Unpaid Leave Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month



  • Payroll Month generated is May



  • Approved Unpaid Leave applications that will be included in the May Payroll are from 1/5/2024 to 30/5/2024



The cycle cut off date of Unpaid Leave that will be included in Payroll Month May is 31/4/2024 to 30/5/2024For Payroll Month May, Cycle cut off date Unpaid Leave is calculated from 1/5/2024 to 30/5/2024 because the month of April only has 30 daysTherefore, the Unpaid Leave cycle cut off date will be taken 1 day in the future which is 1/5/2024

  • Unpaid Leave Cut-off Date set is 31 days of the month



  • Payroll Month generated is March

The cycle cut off date for Unpaid Leave that will be included in Payroll Month March is 31/2/2024 to 30/3/2024For Payroll Month May, Cycle cut off date Unpaid Leave is calculated from 1/3/2024 to 30/3/2024 because February has only 28 or 29 daysTherefore, the cycle cut off date for Unpaid Leave will be taken 1 day in the future which is 1/3/2024


  • If the generated Payroll Month is February, the Unpaid Leave Application that will be included in the February Payroll is from 31/1/2024 to 29/2/2024

  • Unpaid Leave Cut-off Date set is 1 day of the month



  • Payroll Month generated is April



  • Approved Unpaid Leave applications that will be included in the April Payroll are from 1/3/2024 to 31/3/2024



For information, for the MySyarikat system, enter the cycle cut off Unpaid Leave from 1/4/2024 to 30/4/2024 into Payroll April, Payroll Month needs to be generated 1 month ahead, which is Payroll Month May




If you enter the latest Payroll Month, the MySyarikat system will enter the Unpaid Leave amount that has been approved in the previous month
