[Version 3.0] Subscription Details and Invoice (Subscription Details)

Subscription Details


To check your subscription details, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: Click on System Setting.

Step 2: Click on Subscription.

Step 3: In the Subscription Details section, your MySyarikat subscription information will be displayed:


  • Company Name: Name of the subscribing company.
  • Subscription Type: Type of subscription package.
  • Total Staff: Number of subscribed users.
  • Payment Term: Subscription terms and type.
  • Subscription Date: Subscription start and end date.
  • Total Payment: Total subscription cost.
  • Remarks (if any): Additional information from the MySyarikat Team.



Downgrade


  • This setting allows you to downgrade your subscription to the Lite package. If you click on Confirm, the subscription will switch to the Lite package.


Step 1: Click on System Setting.

Step 2: Click on Subscription.

Step 3: Select the Downgrade section.



  • A warning screen regarding Downgrade Subscription will appear. You can refer to the display below:



Subscription Invoice


This section will display the subscription invoices created by users throughout their use of MySyarikat.


Step 1: Click on System Setting.

Step 2: Click on Subscription.

Step 3: Go to the Subscription Invoice section.
