[Version 3.0] How to Update/Edit Unpaid Leave Amount In Staff Payroll (Edit Unpaid Leave Payroll)
- How to Update the Amount of Unpaid Leave in Staff Payroll
To enter or update the Unpaid Leave amount in the payroll, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Payment
Step 2: Click Salary Payroll
Step 3: Click the eye icon on the payroll with status Preparing
Step 4: Click the pencil icon on the desired staff
Step 5: Click the Settings icon on Unpaid Leave
Step 6: Click Custom
Step 7: Enter the desired amount
Step 8: Mark for contribution (if necessary)
Step 9: Click Close
Step 10: Click Recalculate
Step 11: Click Save Changes
