  1. Additional Notes For HR/Admin


Note 1: It should be noted that if the HR/Admin has generated the Payroll first, then changes are made to the Employee Salary Table staff, the changes will not be made to the generated Payroll


Note 2: For this, the HR/Admin side needs to delete the generated Payroll first. Then HR/Admin can update the Employee Salary Table staff

    1. How to Update on Employee Salary Table Staff

    To update the Employee Salary Table staff, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click Payment

    Step 2: Click Salary Payroll

    Step 3: Click Employee Salary Table

    Step 4: Click the pencil icon on the desired staff


    Step 5: In the Salary Type column, you can choose Monthly, Daily or Hourly

    Step 6: In the Basic Salary column, enter the basic salary amount of the staff


    Step 7: If the staff contributes to SOCSO & EIS, you can just turn on the button. If you don't contribute, you can just turn off the button


    Step 8: If the staff contributes to EPF, can keep only 11% & 13%. If not contributing, can enter 0 amount on EPF Employee & EPF Employer


    For custom EPF percentage amounts, HR/Admin can refer to the following tutorial link:


    Step 9: If the company contributes HRDF for the staff, in the HRDF Setting column you can enter the desired HRDF percentage amount. If the staff did not contribute, you can enter an amount of 0 only


    Step 10: Enter the amount on the other side (if necessary)


    Step 11: Click Recalculate

    Step 12: Click Save Changes
