# [Version 3.0] How to Unlink Subsidiaries Company Account

|| 1. Additional Note for HR/Admin

* If the company has branches, HR/Admin can use the "Add Subsidiaries" function on the MySyarikat website.

* HR/Admin can access the branch company account using the same account.

| 2. How to Deactivate a Subsidiary Company Account (Unlink Subsidiary Company)

* To deactivate a subsidiary company account, HR/Admin can follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on **System Settings**  
Step 2: Click on **Company**  
Step 3: In the **Company Subsidiaries** section, click the **Unlink** icon.

Step 4: Click **Unlink**.
