[Version 3.0] How To Setup Company And Bank Details In The MySyarikat Website

  • This section is important for HR/Admin to set up the company's information for use throughout the MySyarikat system.
  • Setup Company Details:

    • To set up the Company Details section, HR/Admin can follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Click System Settings.

    Step 2: Click Company under the Setting menu.

    Step 3: Enter the required information in Company Details.

    Step 4: Click Save.

    Setup Company Logo:

    • To upload the company logo, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click System Settings.

    Step 2: Click Company.

    Step 3: Click Browse under Company Logo.

    ---

    Step 4: Select the image saved on your desktop/laptop storage.

    Step 5: Click Open.

    This is the Uploading and Upload Complete screen

    Reminder: The Company Logo must be uploaded in PNG format only.

  • Setup for Bank Information & Other Account Details
  • Note: The information in this section must be filled out by HR/Admin to enable the Payroll Bulk Payment file for salary payment purposes.

    • To set up the company’s bank account details, HR/Admin can follow the steps below:

    Step 1: Click System Settings.

    Step 2: Click Company.

    Step 3: Under Bank & Other Account Details, fill in the information as listed below:

    Bank Name: Select the bank used by the company for salary payments to staff’s bank accounts.

    Bank Account Number: Enter the company’s bank account number.

    Corporate/Organization ID: Enter the required ID.

    • Corporate/Organization ID refers to the 10-digit ID number provided to the company by the bank.

    EPF Account Number: Enter the company’s EPF number.

    • EPF Account Number refers to the employer’s EPF number.

    SOCSO Account Number: Enter the company’s SOCSO number.

    • SOCSO Account Number refers to the employer’s SOCSO number.

    Income Tax No: Enter the company’s tax number.

    • Income Tax Number refers to the company’s tax identification number.

    Employer No: Enter the employer’s number.

    • Employer Number refers to the 9-digit number obtained when registering as an employer with the LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia).

    LHDN Branch: Enter the desired LHDN branch.

    • LHDN Branch refers to the branch where the employer registered the company’s tax account.

    Originator ID: Enter the required ID.

    • Originator ID refers to the 10-digit ID number provided to the company by the bank.

    Zakat Number: Enter the company’s zakat number.

    • Enter the company’s zakat tax number.

    C-Number: Enter the company’s C-number.

    • C-Number refers to the company’s income tax number.

    Step 4: Click Save.
