[Version 3.0] How To Revert Staff Time Off Application (Revert Time Off) In Website

Additional Note For HR/Admin/Approval Time Off


  • The Revert function is to revert the status of the staff Time Off application from Approved, Rejected or Canceled to Pending

  • The Revert function can also be used if there is a change in the Time Off Approval name at System Setting > Leave > Timeoff


  • If the Time Off application is Approved, Canceled or Rejected and changes are to be made to the Time Off application, HR/Admin/Time Off Approval can use this Revert function

Ways To Revert Staff Time Off Application

To revert a staff Time Off application, HR/Admin/Time Off Approval can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Approval

Step 2: Click Timeoff (Beta)

Step 3: Click Timeoff Report

Step 4: Enter the date, Department, staff name & desired Time Off application

Step 5: Click the eye (View) icon on the desired Time Off application


Step 6: Click Revert

Step 7: Click Revert (Confirmation)
