# [Version 3.0] How to Register Subsidiaries Company Account on the Website

|| 1. Additional Notes for HR/Admin

* If the company has a branch, HR/Admin can use the **Add Subsidiaries** function on the MySyarikat website.


* HR/Admin can access the subsidiary company account using the same main account.


| 2. How to Register a Subsidiary Company Account

* To register a new subsidiary company account, HR/Admin can follow these steps:


Step 1: Click **System Setting**.
Step 2: Click **Company**.
Step 3: Under **Company Subsidiary**, click **New Company**.

Step 5: Click **Save**.
