# [Version 3.0] How to Exclude Financial Claim (Exclude Financial Claim) For Staff

To exclude staff from receiving certain claims, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff

Step 3: Click Claim Policy
Step 4: Turn off the button on the desired claim
