# [Version 3.0] How to Enter Disciplinary Information in the Staff Account (Disciplinary Update) in the MySyarikat Website

To enter Disciplinary information in the staff account, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff

Step 3: Click Disciplinary
Step 4: Click Add
Step 5: Enter all the required information
Step 6: Click Save
