# [Version 3.0] How to Download Attendance Report on MySyarikat Website

| In this section, HR/Admin can view all staff attendance records

* To get a staff attendance report, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click **Attendance**.
Step 2: Click **Timesheet**.
Step 3: Click **Report**.
Step 4: Select **Date Period**, **Department**, **Employee** & **Shift**. The system will automatically generate based on the filtered settings.

Step 6: Click **Print Record**.
Step 7: Click **Download as Excel** or **Download as PDF**.
