# [Version 3.0] How to Disable Shift in System Setting on MySyarikat Website (Shift Manager)

| 1. Additional Notes For HR/Admin 

* The system does not allow the deletion of a shift that has been set. 

* This is to avoid data disruption in the MySyarikat system. 

* The default shift is fixed and cannot be disabled.

| 2. How to Disable Shift in System Settings > Attendance 

* To disable the shift that has been set in System Setting > Attendance, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps: 

Step 1: Click **System Setting** 
Step 2: Click **Attendance** 
Step 3: Disable the desired **Shift button** (the button will turn grey when disabled). 
Step 4: The message **"Shift has been deactivated"** will be displayed.
