# [Version 3.0] How to Disable Leave Types in System Setting (Disable Leave Policy)

| 1. How to Disable Leave Types in System Setting > Leave

* To disable the desired leave type in System Setting > Leave, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click **System Setting**.
Step 2: Click **Leave**.
Step 3: **Disable** the desired leave type.
Step 4: The message **Annual Leave already set as not active** will be displayed.
