# [Version 3.0] How to Delete Payroll in the MySyarikat System

To delete Payroll, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:  
  
Step 1: Click Payment  
Step 2: Click Salary Payroll  
Step 3: Click the eye icon on the payroll with the status Preparing

Step 4: Scroll down & click Delete

Step 5: Click Confirm
