This page displays the entire salary list for the specified month and year in general

How to Check Payroll Summary

To check the Payroll Summary, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Payment
Step 2: Click Salary Payroll
Step 3: Click Summary

Step 4: In the Date Period column, enter the desired year and month

Note: In the month column you need to select two months
Example: To get January's Payroll Summary, HR/Admin needs to select January & January

Step 5: In the Employee column, enter the desired staff name

Note: If you want to check for all staff, in the Employee column, HR/Admin can select All Employees only

Step 6: Click Filter

Note: HR/Admin needs to "Run Payroll" first to get the amount on "Payroll Summary". If not "Run Payroll", the system cannot display the amount in the "Summary Payroll".

How to Download Summary Payroll

To download the Payroll Summary, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click Payment
Step 2: Click Salary Payroll
Step 3: Click Summary
Step 4: In the Date Period column, enter the desired year and month

Note: In the month column you need to select two months
Example: To get January's Payroll Summary, HR/Admin needs to select January & January

Step 5: In the Employee column, enter the desired staff name

Note: If HR/Admin want to check for all staff, in the Employee column, HR/Admin can select All Employees only

Step 6: Click Filter

Step 7: Click Download
Step 8: Click Download as Excel or Download as PDF

Note: HR/Admin needs to "Run Payroll" first to get the amount on "Payroll Summary". If not "Run Payroll", the system cannot display the amount in the "Summary Payroll".
