- How to Check the Expense Claim Application Slip on My Record
- To check the Expenses Claim application slip that has been applied for, the account owner can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click My Record
Step 2: Click Expenses
Step 3: Enter the date & status of the desired Expenses Claim application
Step 4: Click Filter
Step 5: All Expenses Claim applications that have been applied for will be displayed in the following section
Step 6: To check specific Expenses Claim application slip information, you can click the eye icon
- How to Download the Expenses Claim Application Slip on My Record
a) Download All Expenses Claim Application Slips
- To download all Expenses Claim application slips that have been applied for, the account owner can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click My Record
Step 2: Click Expenses
Step 3: Enter the date & status of the desired Expenses Claim application
Step 4: Click Filter
Step 5: Click Print Record
Step 6: Click Print PDF or Print Excel
b) Download Some Expenses Claim Application Slips
- To download several Expenses Claim application slips that have been applied for, the account owner can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click My Record
Step 2: Click Expenses
Step 3: Enter the date & status of the desired Expenses application
Step 4: Click Filter
Step 5: Click Download
