[Version 3.0] How to Apply Time Off in MySyarikat Website
- The Time Off function is used by staff who want to request leave during working hours for certain reasons and need approval from the employer/HR. The Time Off function allows leave granted by the employer without deducting salary or other benefits.
- In the MySyarikat system, there is no function for calculating Time Off. It is based on the Application Limit Hour set in System Setting > Leave > Time Off only.
- For example, if a staff member goes to a clinic during working hours, they can request Time Off in the MySyarikat app/website and upload the supporting document provided by the hospital/clinic.
To apply for Time Off in the MySyarikat website, HR/Admin/Staff can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Apply.
Step 2: Click Time Off.
Step 3: Enter the application details in Apply Time Off.
Step 4: Attach supporting documents if necessary in the Supporting Document section.
Step 5: Click Apply Now.
