Tutorial: How to Answer KPI Questions in the MySyarikat System (Downstream Evaluation)

Step 1: Open the MySyarikat website and log in with your account.

Step 2: You will be directed to the Dashboard as shown in the image. Click the symbol.

Step 3: Check the Review Section

• In the Review section, look for “Downstream Evaluation” and click "View."

Step 4: Click "Start" to Answer the KPI Questions

• The system will display the KPI form or questions related to your work performance.

Note: Read each question in the KPI form carefully. Select the appropriate answer (e.g., scale 1–5, comments, etc.). Complete all required fields (marked with * or in red).

Step 5: Submit Your Answers

• After answering all the questions, click “Submit.”

• Make sure you receive a notification or confirmation that the evaluation has been submitted.
