[Version 3.0] How to Answer KPI Questions in MySyarikat

For a tutorial on answering KPI questions in the MySyarikat system from employees, you can follow the steps below :

Step 1: Go to the MySyarikat website and log in with your employee account.

Step 2: Once logged in, you will be redirected to the main Dashboard. Click the symbol.

Step 3: Click on 'Performance'

• In the Performance menu, locate the 'Pending Evaluation' section.
• Click on the pending evaluation to start answering the KPI questions

Step 4: Click Start. Answer KPI Questions

• The system will display a KPI questions related to your work performance.

Read each KPI question carefully and provide your answers. Select the appropriate option (such as a scale of 1-5 or provide comments). Ensure that all mandatory fields are completed.

Step 5: Submit form.

• Double-check your answers before submission. Click 'Submit' to send your evaluation to your supervisor or HR.

• Make sure you get a notification or confirmation that the assessment has been submit.
