[Version 3.0 ENG] How to Set (KPI) in MySyarikat Setting System

Introducing the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) function in the MySyarikat system. Now, HR/Admin can set the Performance & Evaluation Form through the MySyarikat system only. HR/Admin can also "keep track" of staff work performance & "rating" as well as feedback that staff give to superiors through this Key Performance & Evaluation (KPI) function.



Important note:


  1. For setting Key Performance & Evaluation (KPI), this can only be done via the MySyarikat website.
  2. Only the Human Resource (HR) user role has access to this setting section.


To set Key Performance & Evaluation (KPI) in employee settings, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:


Step 1: Login to the Mysyarikat website



Step 2: Click the symbol as shown in the display below



Step 3: Click MySyarikat-KPI



Step 4: Click "Review"

Step 5: Click "Settings"



Step 6: Click "+Category" if you want to add/update the "Evaluation Category" according to company policy



Step 7: Click "+ Form"



Step 8: Fill in the evaluation title in "Evaluation Title"

Step 9: Fill in the description in "Evaluation Description"

Step 10: Activate the calculation button to display the total score of the "Rating" question type only.

Step 11: Click "Save"



Step 12: Click "Next"



Step 13: Fill in the "Title" and "Description" information



Step 14: Click "Add a new field" to create an assessment question

Step 15: Select the type of assessment you want to create based on the company's needs


Step 16: If you have finished creating the assessment question, click "Save Form"



Step 17: The "Success" display indicates that you have successfully created the assessment form
