[Version 3.0 ENG] How To Set Evaluation Appraisal In MySyarikat Website
- Introducing the latest function in the MySyarikat system on the website version 3.0, namely Performance & Evaluation (KPI). Now, HR/Admin can set the Performance & Evaluation Form through the Mysyarikat system only.
- The HR/Admin can also find out the work performance & "rating" of employees as well as the feedback that staff give to their superiors through this Performance & Evaluation (KPI) function.
- The HR>Admin also needs to setup the evaluation form first at review > setting > add form through the Performance & Evaluation (KPI) portal
- After completing the settings at System Settings > Setting > Add form, the HR/Admin can continue to set the Evaluation Form on the Evaluation
- After completing the settings of the Evaluation Form and the staff can answer the Form set on Performance

- How to Set the Evaluation Method Self Evaluation Form on the KPI MySyarikat website
Step 1: Click Review
Step 2: Click Review Cycle
Step 3 : Click Add Appraisal
Step 4 : Complete the Evaluation Title
Step 5 : Complete the Evaluation "Description"
Step 6: Select the Start and End Date of the Appraisal
Note : The Start Date of the Assessment can be selected on the latest day when generating this Evaluation. The end date is taken to end at 12:00 A.M on the selected date.
Step 7 : Select the Appraisal category
Step 8 : Click Save & Continue
Step 9: Select the required evaluation form
Step 10: Select Evaluation method (Self Evaluation)
Step 11: Select the names of the staff involved only
Step 12: Click Save & Continue
- UPSTREAM EVALUATION FORM
To set the Upstream Evaluation Method in MySyarikat, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps :
Step 1: Click Review
Step 2: Click Review Cycle
Step 3: Click Add Appraisal
Step 5: Complete the "Description" of the Assessment
Step 6: Select the Start and End Dates of the Assessment
Step 4: Complete the Title of the Assessment
Step 7: Select the assessment category
Step 8: Click Save & Continue
Step 9: Select the required evaluation form
Step 10: Select Evaluation method (Upstream Evaluation)
Step 11: Select the names of the staff involved only
Step 12: Click Save & Continue
Step 13 : Click save & Continue
- DOWNSTREAM EVALUATION FORM
To set the Downstream Evaluation Method in MySyarikat, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Review
Step 2: Click Review Cycle
Step 3: Click Add Appraisal
Step 5: Complete the "Description" of the Assessment
Step 6: Select the Start and End Dates of the Assessment
Step 4: Complete the Title of the Assessment
Step 7: Select the assessment category
Step 8: Click Save & Continue
Step 9: Select the required evaluation form
Step 10: Select Evaluation method (Dowbstream Evaluation)
Step 11: Select the name of the First "Reviewer" which is the individual who will answer the evaluation to evaluate his employees
Step 12: Select the name of the Second "Reviewer" which is the individual who will answer the evaluation to evaluate his employees
Step 13: Select the name of the staff involved to be evaluated by the first and second "Reviewer" Assessors
Step 14: Click Save & Continue
