How to Use the OTP (One-Time Password) Login Function

Logging in Using OTP (One-Time Password) Users will receive a one-time password via:

• Email

• Push Notification—provided the user is already logged into the mobile app

Step 1: Click on OTP Code under the Login With OTP Code section located below the Sign In button.

Step 2: Enter the email address registered in the MySyarikat system.

Step 3: Click the Send One-Time Login Code button to proceed to the next step.

💡 Note: Click Log in with email and password to return to the main login page.

Below is an example of the OTP code screen previously sent to the user’s email and via MySyarikat app notification:

Step 4: Enter the Login Code received.

Step 5: Click Submit One-Time Login Code.

💡 Note: If the Login Code is not received or you encounter the error The given code is not valid anymore, you may click Resend Code.
