# [Version 3.0 EN] How to Update the TP3 Form in the MySyarikat System

Good news! MySyarikat now comes with a new feature, the **TP3 Tax Form**, which is a form containing employment information from previous employers within the current year for Monthly Tax Deduction (MTD/PCB) purposes. Employers must ensure that the **Employee** provides accurate information such as income, dependants, and other deductions to obtain the employee's accumulated employment income and deductions from previous employers. This information is required for the calculation of PCB for the current month for new employees registered in the MySyarikat system.

|| Note:
1.  The TP3 Form is applicable to new employees who are still subject to PCB deductions.
2. The TP3 Form must be updated before the payroll process is carried out in the MySyarikat system.

### How to Update the TP3 Tax Form in the MySyarikat System:

Step 1: Click the "Employee" menu.
Step 2: Click "View".

Step 3: Click "Compensation"

Step 4: **Scroll down** to the "Income Tax Details" section and click "View" under the "TP3 Form" section.

Step 5: Update the salary, allowance, and other relevant amounts in the TP3 Tax Form.

Step 6: Click "Save". The information in the form will be recorded.

|| Info: Once the TP3 Form has been updated, the Human Resources (HR) team can proceed with the payroll process through the MySyarikat system to calculate the Monthly Tax Deduction (PCB) for the new employee.
