# [Version 3.0 EN] How to Update Goal (Goals Update)

|| **Note:** To enter "Goals" achievement results into the MySyarikat system, it can only be done via the MySyarikat web portal. All users are given access to the GOALS settings section.

### Steps to Update Progress

**Step 1:** Click "Goals"
**Step 2:** Select the goal category created (**All / Self / Individuals / Team / Department**)
**Step 3:** Click the **"update"** icon on the selected "Goals"

**Step 4:** Enter the progress amount achieved for that month
**Step 5:** Enter the description as needed
**Step 6:** Enter the date
**Step 7:** Attach files if required
**Step 8:** Click **Save**

**The **"Goals **Progress Update" has been successfully updated based on the time and amount you entered!**

**For your information:** After the GOALS progress is updated, the assigned approver must approve or reject it first to determine whether the achievement meets company standards.

### Steps for Approval

**Step 1:** Click **Goal**
**Step 2:** Click **All**
**Step 3:** Click the **"view"** icon on the selected GOALS

**Step 4:** Click **Update Progress**

**Step 5:** Click **"Approve/Reject"** for the submitted goals

**The staff's goals have been successfully approved!**

### Note:

If you want to review updates made over time based on the update date in the GOALS, follow the steps below:

**Step 1:** Click **Goal**
**Step 2:** Click **All**
**Step 3:** Click the **"update"** icon on the selected GOALS

**Step 4:** Click **"Update Progress"**

This section will display the updated amounts and dates in the GOALS that have been set for you.
