## **How to Approve the “Letter Generator” in MySyarikat**

1. Log in to the MySyarikat website

2. Click the square icon (menu icon)

3. Click **“Approvals”**

4. Click **“Approve”**

5. The letter preview will be displayed before the approver confirms approval

6. Click **“Approve”** if you wish to approve the letter

7. Done

**Note:** After the letter has been approved and approval need to review it again, approval can check it under the report section.

## **How to Check Approved Letter Reports in “Letter Generator”**

1. Click **“Approvals”**
2. Click **“Report”**
3. Click **“View”**
