How to Apply for Future Leave via the MySyarikat Website

• Below are the steps to activate Apply Future Leave in System Setting:

Step 1: In the Administration section, click on System Setting.

Step 2: Select Leave.

Step 3: In the Leave Setting section, click the Enable button.

• Below are the steps to submit a leave application through the MySyarikat Web.

Step 1: In the Main Navigation section, click Apply

Step 2: Select Leave

Step 3: In My Leave Application, click Apply Now under the section Apply for Next Year Leave?

• Displayed in the Apply Future Leave section (2026)

Step 4: Select the staff name under Applicant

Step 5: Choose the leave type under Leave Type

Step 6: Enter the leave start date (Start)

Step 7: Enter the leave end date (End)

Step 8: Enter the Leave Reason

Step 9: Upload the relevant Supporting Document

Step 10: Click Apply Now

How to Apply for Future Leave via the MySyarikat App

• On the main page of the MySyarikat App:

Step 1: Tap on Leave.

Step 2: On the Apply For New Year Leave screen, tap the Apply Now button.

Step 3: The Leave Balance 2026 screen will appear. Tap Apply Leave 2026.

Step 4: Select the leave type in the Leave Type field.

Step 5: Choose the start and end dates (Start/End Date).

Step 6: Enter the reason in the Leave Reason field.

Step 7: Upload supporting documents by tapping Upload File.

Step 8: Once done, tap the Apply Leave button.

Step 9: After the application is successful, tap the Close button.
