# [Version 3.0 EN] Guide to Reviewing on Performance (Review Cycle) (KPI Review)

## 📘 **Guideline: How to View the Review Cycle in MySyarikat**

### **Step 1:**
Click on the **Performance** menu on the left side panel.

### **Step 2:**
Under the** Performance** submenu, then select **Review Cycle**.

### **Step 3:**
Click on the **All** tab to view all types of evaluations (Scheduled, Active, Completed, Draft).

### **Step 4:**
Find and select the evaluation you want to view. For example:

`Penilaian Komunikasi Pekerja 2025`

The information displayed includes:

* **Evaluation Method**: Type of evaluation (e.g., Self Evaluation)
* **Start Date** and **End Date**: Start and end dates
* **Status**: Current status (e.g., Complete)

### **Step 5:**
Click the **eye icon (👁)** in the **Action** column to view the evaluation details.

### **Step 6:**
In the selected evaluation view, click on the **Participant** tab to see the list of evaluation participants.

### **Step 7:**
Search for the participant in the list. The view will display:

* **Reviewer**: The evaluator
* **Employee**: The employee being evaluated
* **Department**: Department
* **Status**: Evaluation status (e.g., Completed)
* **Score**: Evaluation score (e.g., 80%)

### **Step 8:**
Click the **eye icon (👁)** on the right to **view the full evaluation details**, including scores and comments provided.

The answers provided by the staff will be displayed as shown below:
