[Version 3.0] EA Form In MySyarikat System
- The conditions for the amount on the EA Form to appear are:
- HR/Admin needs to generate payroll from January to December. Then, the HR/Admin side can close all the Payrolls that have been generated

- To get the EA Form in the latest year, in the Year column, you need to enter the next year first. This is because the system detects the amount in the payroll for this year & EA Form allows generating enough for one year only
Example:
- to get an EA Form in 2023, in the Year column you need to enter 2024
- to get an EA Form in 2022, in the Year column you need to enter 2023

After HR/Admin generates Payroll from January to December & all Payrolls are Closed, to get the EA Form, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Yearly Forms
Step 2: Click EA Form
Step 3: Enter the year, Department, and staff name
Step 4: Click Download on the desired staff
|| Note: If click on the Department and Designation section, the system will filter all.
|| If not click the Department and Designation columns, the system only filters based on staff number, name and status only.
