[Version 2.0] User Role In MySyarikat System

  1. Description For Each User Role In MySyarikat System

  • For access information for each User Role, HR/Admin can refer to the following explanation:

Human Resources (HR)

  • HR Role users will have full access to features in the MySyarikat system
  • User Role HR can also setup accounts & update information in company accounts & all staff accounts

Board Of Directors (BOD)

  • User Role BOD will be able to access from the Dashboard to the Payment section
  • The BOD Role user can only access to approve leave, Payroll/Payment Voucher & Financial/Overtime Claim
  • BOD Role Users can get reports on all Attendance sections in the MySyarikat website

Finance/Account

  • User Role Finance/Account will be able to access from the Dashboard section to the Timesheet section
  • User Role Finance/Account will be able to access as Leave Approval, Payroll/Payment Voucher & Financial Claim
  • Role Finance/Account users can get reports on all Attendance sections on the MySyarikat website

HOD/Manager

  • User Role HOD/Manager will be able to access from the Dashboard section to the Financial Claim section
  • User Role HOD/Manager will be able to access as Leave Approval, Payroll/Payment Voucher & Financial Claim

Employee

  • User Role Employee will be able to access from the Dashboard section to the Calendar section
  • User Role Employee is not able to make any changes & used as Approval

  1. How to Change Staff User Role in the MySyarikat System

  • To change User Role, HR/Admin can refer to the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Employees

Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff

Step 3: Click Update

Step 4: Click Update

Step 5: Change the User Role of the staff to the desired User Role

Step 6: Click Save
