[Version 2.0] How to Update/Edit Attendance Staff In The Website

  1. How to Update/Edit Staff Attendance


To update/edit staff attendance, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:


Step 1: Click Attendance

Step 2: Click Timesheet

Step 3: Click Attendance Report

Step 4: Enter the date, department, staff name, shift type

Step 5: Click Filter

Step 6: Click the pencil icon on the desired staff name



Step 7: On the Clock In Information column:


  • Enter the desired presence location
  • Enter the desired clock in date & time
  • Enter the desired note (if necessary)
  • Turn on the Set as late in button (if necessary)



Step 8: On the Clock Out Information column:


  • Enter the desired presence location
  • Enter the desired clock in date & time
  • Enter the desired note (if necessary)
  • Turn on the Set as early out button (if necessary)



Step 9: Click Save




  1. Additional Notes For HR/Admin



  • The error display above appears when creating attendance (create attendance) because there is a date that the staff has not clocked out yet



  • To overcome this problem:


  • HR/Admin can enter the clock out time on that date first
  • Once completed, HR/Admin can update/edit attendance on the desired date
