[Version 2.0] How To Update Location Radius On Attendance Location Column (Update Attendance Location) In MySyarikat Website

Introducing one of the newest functions in the MySyarikat system, namely Geofencing. The Geofencing function allows staff to clock in & clock out according to the radius of the location that has been set by HR/Admin

1. Additional Notes For HR/Admin

• This Geofencing setting function is only available in version 2 of the MySyarikat website

• It should also be noted that all staff are required to update the MySyarikat app to the latest version which is 2.2.1 first

• Staff must make sure to clock in & clock out within the radius of the location that has been set by HR/Admin

• If staff clock in or clock out outside the designated location radius, the following display will be displayed in the MySyarikat app:

4. How to Update the Location Radius in the Attendance Location Column

• To update the location radius in the Attendance Location column, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click System Setting

Step 2: Click Attendance

Step 3: In the Attendance Location column, click See More on the desired Radius Location

Step 4: Click Update Location

Step 5: In the Location Name column, update the desired location name

Step 6: In the Location Address column, update the desired location

Note: In this Location Address column, the HR/Admin side needs to enter the location that has been registered & found in Google only

Step 7: In the Radius column (meters), update the radius of the desired location

Step 8: Click Save
