- How to Update Information on the Staff Details Bank
- To update staff information in the Bank Details section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name
Step 3: Click Compensation
Step 4: Click Update on the Bank Details section
Step 5: Enter or update the desired information
Step 6: Click Save

- To update staff information in the Statutory Details section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name
Step 3: Click Compensation
Step 4: Click Update on the Statutory Details section
Step 5: Enter or update the desired information
Step 6: If necessary, in the Income Tax Number column, enter the staff tax number
Step 7: If necessary, in the Value of Living Accommodation (VOLA) column, enter the desired amount
Step 8: Click Save

- To update staff information in the Income Tax Details section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click on Employees
Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name
Step 3: Click Compensation
Step 4: Click Update on the Income Tax Details section
Step 5: If necessary, on the Child Information section:
i. If necessary, turn on the button on Employee has Child
i. If not necessary, turn off the button on Employee has Child
iii. If necessary, enter the desired amount
iv. If not necessary, enter an amount of 0 in all fields
Step 6: If necessary, on the Spouse Information section:
i. If necessary, turn on the button on Spouse is Working
i. If not necessary, turn off the button on Spouse is Working
iii. If necessary, turn on the Spouse is Disable button
iv. If not necessary, turn off the button on Spouse is Disable
v. If necessary, enter the spouse's gender in the Spouse Gender section
i. If not necessary, you can select Select Gender in the Spouse Gender column
Step 7: If necessary, turn on the button on Relief Information
Step 8: If necessary, in the Employee Category section, HR/Admin can select the desired category
Step 9: If necessary, click Sync. If not necessary, HR/Admin can just ignore it
Step 10: Click Save
