[Version 2.0] How To Update Information In Staff Compensation (Update Compensation) On The MySyarikat Website

  1. How to Update Information on the Staff Details Bank
Note: This section must be completed by HR/Admin/Staff for the purpose of launching the process when HR/Admin downloads the Bank File in Payroll

  • To update staff information in the Bank Details section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click on Employees
    Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name



    Step 3: Click Compensation
    Step 4: Click Update on the Bank Details section
    Step 5: Enter or update the desired information
    Step 6: Click Save



  1. How to Update Information on Staff Statutory Details
  • Additional Notes For HR/Admin
This section must be completed by HR/Admin/StaffIf this section is not completed, the system cannot calculate the staff's EPF, SOCSO & EIS contributionsIn the SOCSO Number section, HR/Admin can only put the IC Number of the staffIn the SOCSO Contribution Start Age section, HR/Admin can only put the latest age of the staff. For example, 21



If there is an amount other than 0 entered in the Value of Living Accommodation (VOLA) section, the amount will be displayed in the staff's E Form





In the column Income Tax Number & Value of Living Accommodation (VOLA) is for the purpose of the system automatically calculating PCB 39 in the staff payrollIf the staff is not involved in the PCB 39 deduction, the HR/Admin side does not need to fill in the information on this Income Tax Number & Value of Living Accommodation (VOLA) section


  • To update staff information in the Statutory Details section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click on Employees
    Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name



    Step 3: Click Compensation



    Step 4: Click Update on the Statutory Details section
    Step 5: Enter or update the desired information
    Step 6: If necessary, in the Income Tax Number column, enter the staff tax number
    Step 7: If necessary, in the Value of Living Accommodation (VOLA) column, enter the desired amount
    Step 8: Click Save



  1. How to Update Information on Staff Income Tax Details
  • Additional Notes For HR/Admin
The Income Tax Details column is for the purpose of the system automatically calculating PCB 39 in the staff payrollIf the staff is not involved for the deduction of PCB 39, the HR/Admin side does not need to fill in the information in this Income Tax Details section

  • To update staff information in the Income Tax Details section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click on Employees
    Step 2: Click the eye icon on the desired staff name



    Step 3: Click Compensation



    Step 4: Click Update on the Income Tax Details section
    Step 5: If necessary, on the Child Information section:

    i. If necessary, turn on the button on Employee has Child
    i. If not necessary, turn off the button on Employee has Child
    iii. If necessary, enter the desired amount
    iv. If not necessary, enter an amount of 0 in all fields



    Step 6: If necessary, on the Spouse Information section:

    i. If necessary, turn on the button on Spouse is Working
    i. If not necessary, turn off the button on Spouse is Working
    iii. If necessary, turn on the Spouse is Disable button
    iv. If not necessary, turn off the button on Spouse is Disable
    v. If necessary, enter the spouse's gender in the Spouse Gender section
    i. If not necessary, you can select Select Gender in the Spouse Gender column



    Step 7: If necessary, turn on the button on Relief Information
Note: For the staff, if the HR/Admin wants to enter the amount of SOCSO Employee & EIS Employee for the calculation of PCB 39 in the Payroll of the staff, the HR/Admin can just turn on the Relief Information button




Step 8: If necessary, in the Employee Category section, HR/Admin can select the desired category

None means that the MySyarikat system will calculate PCB 39 according to the PCB 39 formula provided by the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) without taking into account the Returning Expert Program (REP) & Knowledge Worker at Specific Region (Iskandar Malaysia)Returning Expert Program (REP) & Knowledge Worker at Specific Region (Iskandar Malaysia) refers to the formula for calculating PCB 39 given by the Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN)For more information about this section, you can refer to the following tutorial link on pages 12 & 14:https://www.hasil.gov.my/media/hgifbzzy/specifikasi-kaedah-pengiraan-berkomputer-pcb-2024.pdf




Step 9: If necessary, click Sync. If not necessary, HR/Admin can just ignore it

This function is to synchronize the information in Income Tax Details & Family Details




Step 10: Click Save
