[Version 2.0] How To Setup Payslip Setting In The MySyarikat Website

  1. Additional Notes For HR/Admin

  • In this section, there is only one type of Payslip template

  • To view the Payslip template provided by the MySyarikat system, HR/Admin can click on the View Template section

  • The MySyarikat system also allows the HR/Admin to make a choice to display all information in the Payslip of all staff or only some information will be displayed in the Payslip of all staff

  • If only the Show Overtime Remarks Details button is turned off, the Payslip template for all staff will be displayed as follows:

  • If only the Show Unpaid Leave Remarks Details button is turned off, the Payslip template for all staff will be displayed as follows:

  • If only the Show EPF Remarks Details button is turned off, the Payslip template for all staff will be displayed as follows:

  • If only the Show HRDF Details button is turned off, the Payslip template for all staff will be displayed as follows:

  • If only the Show Year To Date Details button is turned off, the Payslip template for all staff will be displayed as follows:

  • If all the buttons on Payslip Settings are turned off, the Payslip template for all staff will be displayed as follows:

  • To turn on or off the button in the Payslip Setting section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click System Settings

Step 2: Click Payment

Step 3: Scroll down & on or off on the desired Payslip Setting button

Step 4: Click Save Changes
