[Version 2.0] How To Setup Overtime Beta (Setup OT Beta) In The MySyarikat Website
Introducing the latest features from the MySyarikat system, Overtime BETA! Now staff can make overtime without manual application by Apps or Website. All overtime application will be records automatically in MySyarikat system.
Here's how to Create Overtime Beta in MySyarikat.
Step 1: Click System Setting
Step 2: Click Attendance
Step 3: In Shift Manager click Update Shift.
Step 4: Scroll down to Overtime Setting, Enable overtime calculation.
Step 5: Enable overtime buffer.
Step 6: Select overtime rate.
Step 7: Set max overtime hour.
Step 8: Click Save.
How to Edit & Approve Overtime BETA
Step 1: Click Attendance
Step 2: Click Overtime BETA
Step 3: If you want to update the record Attendance Overtime click pencil button for edit.
Step 4: If you want to approve, click green tick.
How to view Overtime Report in website MySyarikat
Step 1 : Click Approval
Step 2: Click Claim and Overtime Claim
Step 3: Click Claim Report, fill in Date Period, Department, Employee and Overtime Status.
Step 4: Click filter.
Step 5: The application will appear *Auto Calculation.
