[Version 2.0] How To Reject/Cancel Time Off Application In The MySyarikat Website
- On the Time Off Approval Section
- To cancel the staff time off application in the Time Off Approval section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Approval
Step 2: Click Timeoff
Step 3: Click Timeoff Approval
Step 4: Click the cross icon on the desired staff time off application
Step 5: The following screen will be displayed
- On the Time Off Report Section
- To cancel the staff time off application in the Time Off Approval section, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:
Step 1: Click Approval
Step 2: Click Timeoff
Step 3: Click Timeoff Report
Step 4: Enter the date, Department, staff name, Timeoff status
Step 5: Click Filter
Step 6: Click the eye icon on the desired staff time off application
Step 7: Click Cancel Application
Step 8: Click Confirm
