[Version 2.0] How To Register New Employee Account In The MySyarikat Website

  1. Additional Notes For HR/Admin
  • To register a new staff account in the company account, HR/Admin can only do it on the MySyarikat website
  • There are 2 ways to register a new staff account in the company account can be done in bulk & manually
  • The bulk method can be done by downloading the Excel "template" provided by MySyarikat only
  • The manual method must be done one by one only



  1. How To Register New Staff Accounts In Bulk
  • To register a new staff account in the company account in bulk, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click on Employees
    Step 2: Click Import Staff
    Step 3: Click Download Template
    Step 4: Enter the number of staff you want to register
    Step 5: Click OK



    Step 6: Click on the downloaded file



    Step 7: Enter the desired information


Additional Notes For HR/AdminTo avoid any "error" when registering staff in bulk (bulk), HR/Admin is reminded not to make any changes in this Excel fileThe HR/Admin also needs to ensure that all information does not exceed 50 characters (including symbols and spacing)


Step 8: To upload the Excel file, you can refer to Step 1 to Step 2. Then click Choose File & select the Excel file that has been filled in earlier
Step 9: Click Upload


Note: The "error" display is displayed because the number of staff to be registered is greater than the number of company account subscriptionsYou can click Continue first & enter the number of slots that are still "available" in the company account subscription






Step 10: Click Continue



Step 11: The display will be displayed & the name of the staff will be in Active Staff





  1. How To Register A New Staff Account Manually
  • To register a new staff account into the company account manually, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

    Step 1: Click on Employees
    Step 2: Click Add New Staff



    Step 3: In the Account Information column, enter all the required information



    Step 4: In the Access Control column, enter the desired information
    Step 5: Click Add Staff

Note: The display is displayed because the email & username to be registered has been registered in another company's accountThe HR/Admin side needs to register the staff using another email & username first
