How to Enable or Disable the Evaluation Form That Has Been Set in System Setting > Evaluation

To enable or disable the Evaluation Form that has been set at System Setting > Evaluation, HR/Admin can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Click System Settings
Step 2: Click Evaluation
Step 3: Enable or disable the desired Evaluation Form

If the Form is set to Disable, the display This evaluation form has been set to inactive will be displayed

If the Form is set to Enable, the display This evaluation form has been set to active will be displayed
